Poland’s patient account: prescriptions and referrals in one place
IKP provides access to healthcare documents. The official pacjent.gov.pl website is the starting point.
Internetowe Konto Pacjenta provides access to information including electronic prescriptions, referrals and medical events. The official feature description is available on pacjent.gov.pl.
The documentation visible in an account also depends on what has been submitted to the system. A missing document on screen does not, by itself, establish what happened during treatment.
